I graduated from The New York Institute of Massage Therapy in Buffalo, NY in 2009 after completing over 1,100 hours of training. Their experience as a trained sexual assault and domestic violence advocate directly influences their ability to hold space and offer co-regulation for the emotional shifts that can occur when we address and release the tension held in our body.
